Internal Dispute Resolution

Queensland Police Credit Union Limited is a participant in the Mutual Banking Code of Practice and is happy to offer its members an internal dispute resolution procedure that is readily accessible and free of charge.

You can lodge your complaint by phoning 13 QPCU (13 7728) or write to PO Box 13003 George St, Brisbane QLD 4003 detailing your complaint.

External Dispute Resolution

If your complaint cannot be resolved using our Internal Dispute process, we will refer you to an external dispute resolution scheme approved by the Australian Securities and Investment (ASIC).
