Card Monitoring System 

At QPCU we understand that you want to feel safe when shopping or travelling with your Visa card.  That’s why we have enhanced our card monitoring system with additional security protection, wherever you are, 7 days a week, using ORION – our locally based fraud management service provider.

ORION monitors your card transactions and in the case of suspicious transactions, will contact you as soon as possible and may restrict your card in the event that you are not contactable.

To verify your transactions contact us during business hours on 13 QPCU (13 7728).

We also recommend that before travelling overseas, you contact us to advise of your itinerary.
