Did you know that cash withdrawals, deposits and cashing personal cheques at QPCU branches are free?*  So if you happen to be in the area of one of our branches, why not pop in, our friendly staff will be pleased to help you with your transactions or enquiries.

* Fees apply for cash withdrawals more than $5,000.

Here are the locations of our three QPCU Brisbane branches:

QPCU Head Office
Level 1, 231 North Quay, Brisbane
Opening hours:  8:45am - 4:30pm Mon - Fri.

Department of Emergency Services (limited access to DES employees)
Cnr Kedron Park Rd and Park Road, Kedron
Opening hours: 10am - 2pm Mon - Fri.

QPS Academy (limited access to QPS employees and recruits)
10 Rudd St, Oxley
Opening hours: 10am - 2pm Mon - Fri.

Bank@Post

If you're not close to a branch you can access the Bank@Post service at more than 3,300 on-line Australia Post outlets. With Bank@Post you're able to transact using your QPCU credit or debit cards.

Benefits include: 

• deposit cash and cheques*
• make cash withdrawals (up to $1,000 per day).

* Visa or CueCard must be present for all transactions. Cheques must be made out to the same name as that stated on the access card to be accepted by Australia Post.
